USAID/BASICS hosted Immunization: Building Blocks and Shifting Sands on Wednesday, June 10 from 2:00 to 3:30pm at the Arlington, Virginia offices of John Snow, Inc. (1616 N. Fort Myer Drive, 12th Floor, and Arlington, VA).
Immunization: building blocks and shifting sands featured Robert Steinglass, Technical Director of USAID/IMMUNIZATIONbasics, and E.G.P. Haran, Technical Director of the USAID/BASICS-implemented Millennium Challenge Corporation Indonesia/Immunization Project. Their presentations reviewed the major challenges facing immunization programs today and contributions to immunization programs made over the years by USAID/BASICS, including recent efforts to increase immunization coverage in Indonesia.
