CONTRACT STRUCTURE
BASICS III was a five-year, single award Indefinite Quantity Contract (contract no. GHA-I-00-04-00002-00) with a $500 million ceiling. Through the contract, USAID issued Task Orders that were either Cost Plus Fixed Fee or Firm Fixed Priced, and were funded according to the work that was required.
BASICS III was made up of ten task orders, four of which extended beyond the project's core task order. These included:
- Task Order 1-BASICS core task order (9/30/2004 to 3/30/2010)
- Task Order 2-Cambodia (9/29/2006 to 9/28/2009)
- Task Order 4-Indonesia MCCI/IP (4/01/2007 to 5/31/2009)
- Task Order 5-Liberia OFDA assessment (2/09/2007 to 7/09/2007)
- Task Order 6-Malawi (10/01/2007 to 9/30/2011)
- Task Order 7-Liberia (10/21/2007 to 11/30/2009)
- Task Order 8-Benin (7/30/2009 to 7/29/2012)
- Task Order 9-Timor-Leste (9/01/2009 to 12/31/2010)
- Task Order 10-Afghanistan (10/01/2009 to 9/30/2010)
